Multi-disciplinary firm, 12 professionals, Padova. Activities managed across Excel sheets, emails and post-its. No unified view of case status, timelines and workloads. Completed work that never made it to billing — revenue lost without knowing it. Management reports compiled manually, late, incomplete.
What we did
We built Argo Manager — an operating system for the firm that connects to accounting software and existing systems. It centralizes activities, timesheets, billing, documents and KPIs in a single view. AI monitors workloads, flags delays and generates automatic reports.
