What you'll do
Design and develop AI solutions integrated into clients' enterprise systems. In practice: configure RAG pipelines on enterprise data, build connectors to ERP and CRM systems, create natural language assistants that query real databases, optimize LLMs for specific business contexts. Every solution runs on-premise — on the client's network, on their data.
What we're looking for
Experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face). Knowledge of RAG architectures and LLM integration. Familiarity with relational databases and REST APIs. Experience with on-premise or edge deployment is a plus. Ability to communicate with non-technical users and understand the problem before the solution.

The bridge between the client's business and the AI solution.
What you'll do
Lead Aitaky Audits: go on-site, map processes, talk to people, identify where AI adds value. Then design the solution architecture: which systems to connect, how, in what order. You're the point of contact between the client and the technical team — translating business problems into AI architectures.
What we're looking for
Experience in system integration or IT consulting (3+ years). Knowledge of enterprise architectures (ERP, CRM, middleware, APIs). Understanding of AI technologies (RAG, LLM, NLP) — you don't need to build, but you need to know what's possible and what's not. Ability to lead workshops and interviews with business users. Experience in effort estimation and project management.

What you'll do
Prepare client data for AI integration. In practice: extract data from ERP systems, CRMs, email, and document archives. Clean, normalize, and structure it. Build ETL pipelines that feed Aitaky Brain. Manage vector databases for RAG systems. Monitor data quality in production.
What we're looking for
Experience with Python and SQL. Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data processing (Pandas, dbt, Airflow or equivalent). Familiarity with vector databases (Chroma, Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus). Experience with enterprise relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Ability to work with messy, incomplete, and inconsistently formatted data — because that's what you'll find.
