The articles that start from here
The guides give you the big picture. These articles go into detail one point at a time: what the AI Act really asks for, mandatory AI training, the NIS2 questionnaire your clients send you and the Cyber Resilience Act reporting duties.
EU AI Act: what companies actually need to do
The EU AI regulation explained for business leaders, not lawyers. Real obligations, risk classification, deadlines, and what changes if you use AI in your company.
The AI Act postponed almost everything. Not the training.
The Digital Omnibus pushed the high-risk obligations to 2027 and 2028, and plenty of companies concluded there was time. The AI literacy obligation was not postponed: it has applied since February 2025, and since August 2026 somebody is watching. But you do not need the certificate you are being sold.
Your client sent a NIS2 questionnaire and you are not even in scope
Thousands of Italian SMEs were declared to the national cyber agency as relevant suppliers without being told. What that means, how to answer a security questionnaire, and which contract clauses to check before signing.
Cyber Resilience Act: from 11 September 2026 you must report exploited vulnerabilities
The CRA only applies in full from December 2027, but reporting obligations start on 11 September 2026. Who is actually covered, what must be reported, by when, and what to have ready now.
