Dial Srl's order management ran on internal software overdue for a rebuild: we rewrote it around the real flow of kitchen and orders, and it became MiSazio — our product for canteens and contract catering.

Do you really know the industry?+
MiSazio was born inside a real canteen, with a real manager — Matteo Toniolo of Dial Srl. We don't start from slides: we start from how service works at rush hour.
Do you handle special diets?+
Yes, it's one of MiSazio's strengths: diets, allergens and changes tracked in the system, in line with EU Reg. 1169/2011.
Do we have to replace all our software?+
No: you start from the point that hurts most — usually order collection — and integrate the rest. System integrations are our trade.
What if the system stops during service?+
The priority is designing so it doesn't happen: redundancy, monitoring and support with immediate priority during service hours. Downtime is prevented, not just repaired.
