It is the fear that stalls most of these decisions, and almost nobody puts it in writing. Here is how it works with us, before you have to ask.
You don't have to fall out with anyone
We don't ask you to end things with your current supplier before you have seen how we work. In almost every case the handover happens without friction, and the previous supplier is thanked once everything is done.
We need very little, and we ask for it
A list of devices, admin credentials, licence and domain contracts. If something is missing or was never documented, we rebuild it: it happens often and it is not a problem.
First alongside, then over
Monitoring starts while the infrastructure is still managed the old way. You close with the previous supplier once everything is under control, not a minute earlier.
No downtime, three to five days
The rollout is remote and nothing has to be switched off. People keep working while it happens.
And if it turns out not to fit
You can cancel whenever you want, with no penalties and no exit fees. You keep the access, the documentation and the list of everything we configured: whoever comes after us finds the paperwork in order.

Does Nagitek only cover Padova, Treviso, Venice and Vicenza?+
Those are the priority service areas, but since it's a fully remote service — monitoring, backup, helpdesk — Nagitek can support companies anywhere in Italy. On-site visits included in the Professional plan can be arranged on request outside Veneto too.
What is a managed IT service (MSP)?+
An MSP (Managed Service Provider) monitors, protects and maintains a company's IT infrastructure on an ongoing basis, for a flat monthly fee, instead of stepping in only when something breaks. That's the model Nagitek is built on.
How much does Nagitek cost?+
Plans start at €490 + VAT a month and vary based on the number of devices to protect. The exact price is defined after a free assessment of your current infrastructure.
Does my company already need to comply with NIS2?+
If you supply or sub-supply larger, more structured companies, you may already fall within the scope of Legislative Decree 138/2024 without knowing it. Nagitek covers the technical side of compliance.

Yes. Nagitek is one of the proprietary products developed and run by AITAKY SRL, built for Italian SMEs that need an IT department without hiring one in-house.
What happens with the supplier looking after us now?+
Nothing dramatic. We switch monitoring on while the infrastructure is still managed the old way, so you are never left uncovered in between; you close with the previous supplier once we are operational. We need the device list, admin credentials and the licence and domain contracts — if something was never documented, we rebuild it.
