Is our data used to train someone else's models?+
No. With the on-premise approach, data never leaves your infrastructure; when cloud services are used, we choose configurations where your data is not used for training.
Do we need a big project to start?+
No — the opposite works better: one small, measurable use case — a repetitive process, an archive to query — that proves value in weeks. Then it grows.
What should we automate first?+
What's frequent, boring and low-risk: document sorting, data extraction, first drafts of replies. High volume and clear rules: that's where AI pays off immediately.
What about GDPR?+
AI is not exempt: legal basis, minimisation and records apply here too. The on-premise approach simplifies a lot, and we design flows with compliance built in, not bolted on.
