Technology partner for SMEs
The tech department
by your side.
We solve everyday IT problems, manage your infrastructure and build the software that doesn't exist yet. One point of contact, three ways of working together.
The first step is a call, not a contract.
The problem
When it stops, everything stops.
Most Italian SMEs have no IT department. They have one vendor for computers, one for the phone system, one for the ERP and one for the website. Four different numbers, four different response times.
And when things stop talking to each other, none of those four really answers, because the problem belongs to no one.
AITAKY is the number that answers. For everything.
How we work together
Three ways. One point of contact.
Start wherever you need to right now. All three ways of working stand on their own, and work even better together.
Fractional IT
«Your IT department, whenever you need it.»
You don't need to know whether it's a network issue, a license, or a driver — and you don't need to know who to call. Call us: we handle it remotely in minutes or in person when it matters, without having to explain your setup first — we already know it.
No IT department? Use ours.
Managed IT
«We don't wait for it to break.»
Here the relationship changes: you hand us one or more areas of your infrastructure and we keep them in order. It's the work we built into Nagitek, our fixed-fee managed IT product — monitoring, updates, security and verified backups, so problems get solved before you ever see them.

Custom Software
«Software built around your business.»
We don't adapt the business to the software. We start from today's problem, build the first version fast, and put it to work right away. When a new need comes up, the software grows — with AI too, when it genuinely helps, not because it's trendy.
Not sure where to start?
Start with a diagnosis, not a product.
We review your IT and software setup, free and with no commitment. The answer might be one of our products, a custom build, or sticking with what you already have.
How our clients start.
It usually goes like this.
Almost nobody starts with the full contract. It starts with a problem, and the rest follows once there's trust.
“I need help.” — Fractional IT
You call us for a breakdown, a migration, a new PC to set up. We prove ourselves on something small and concrete.
“Just handle it for us.” — Managed IT
After a few months we know your infrastructure better than anyone else. You hand us one area, then two. Emergencies become rare because we catch them first.
“Let's improve how we work.” — Custom Software
By now we know your processes. We see where time gets lost and where a small piece of software would make the difference. It's not a project: it's one more thing that works from Monday.
Why AITAKY
Four things that change your day.
One number.
No more bouncing between vendors. The problem is ours until it's solved, even when it starts in the gap between two systems.
Actually modular.
Take a single area or the whole infrastructure. No all-or-nothing bundles, no lock-in on things you already manage well yourself.
Software that starts small.
The first version solves a real problem and ships right away. You decide what comes next by using it, not by imagining it.
We tell you the truth, even when it costs us a sale.
Sometimes the right answer is to build nothing, or stick with what you already have. We'd rather tell you upfront than charge you for something you don't need.
Case studies
Stories that became products.
How it really went, no slides. Two of these collaborations turned into our products.
Studio Bortoletto
Alessandro and Alberto Bortoletto
We redesigned the firm's internal processes: a leaner workflow, constant reports on performance and KPIs monitored at every stage, all the way to billing.
«We used to chase the firm's numbers at year-end; now we have them every week, all the way to billing. They understood how a firm works before writing a single line of code.»
Dial Srl
Matteo Toniolo · Manager
Order management for the canteen ran on internal software overdue for a rebuild. We rewrote it from scratch, around the real flow of kitchen and orders.
«We didn't need just any management system: we needed software that could hold up through our days. They rewrote it around how the kitchen actually works.»

Frequently asked questions.
The things you always ask us.
Do we have to sign an ongoing contract? +
No. Fractional IT works on demand: you contact us when needed and pay per intervention. The Managed IT contract makes sense when you want problems to stop arriving, not when you just want someone who answers.
We already have an IT consultant. Do you overlap? +
It happens often and it's not a problem. Managed IT is modular for exactly this reason: if someone already manages your computers well, we take network, firewall and backup. We coordinate with whoever is already there.
How much does custom software cost? +
Much less than you'd imagine, because we don't start from a complete project. The first version solves a single problem and is deliberately small. We tell you the cost of that first one, not of a six-month journey.
Do you also come on site, or remote only? +
Both. Most things get solved remotely in a few minutes. When it takes hands on a cable, a switch or a printer, we come on site.
Does the software you build stay ours? +
Yes. The software is yours, the code is yours and we hand it over. We keep growing it for as long as that works for you, but we don't hold you hostage.
We're a small company. Are we too small for you? +
No. SMEs are exactly our job. If during the first call we realise we're not the right choice for you, we tell you and point you elsewhere.
The first step.
Thirty minutes and we'll know if we can help.
No commitment.
01
You tell us how you work
And where technology gets stuck. A 30-minute call, not a questionnaire.
02
We tell you what we would do
In what order and at what cost. No surprise quotes.
03
If we're not the right answer, we tell you
Right away — and we point you to who is. We don't sell you what you don't need.
