Construction company, 60 employees, 12 active job sites simultaneously. ERP: TeamSystem Enterprise. Documents: SharePoint. Communication: Microsoft Teams. At the end of each site visit, foremen filled out an assessment form. The form was emailed to headquarters, someone archived it, extracted key points, compiled a report. Management saw reports 2–3 weeks late.
We connected AI to SharePoint, TeamSystem and Microsoft Teams. When a foreman submits an assessment, AI processes it automatically: extracts information, archives it in the right folder, updates the dashboard. Lessons learned are sent to the relevant Teams channel. Management opens the dashboard and sees everything in real time.
