The Problem

Transport and shipping company, 85 employees, fleet of 40 vehicles. ERP: TeamSystem Enterprise. The operations office received 60–80 emails per day from clients asking about shipment status, vehicle availability, quotes. Each reply required: opening the ERP, searching, verifying, responding. Two full-time employees did nothing else.

What we did

We connected AI to TeamSystem ERP, the email system and fleet tracking. AI reads incoming emails, searches for information in the systems and drafts the response. The operator verifies and sends.
