To check order status, the production manager had to open the ERP and search for the order, then open email to check supplier confirmations, then open Excel to verify produced quantities. Each check: 40 minutes. Every day.
We connected AI to the Zucchetti ERP, Microsoft 365 email system and order files on SharePoint. We didn't change any software. We didn't move any data. AI reads the systems as they are. Now the production manager opens the AI assistant and asks: 'What's the status of the Berardi order?' In 10 seconds he gets: progress from the ERP, latest supplier communications from email, quantities produced from Excel.
