How much does the first call cost?+
Nothing. The first call is free and no-commitment. It's to get to know each other and see if there's a fit.
What exactly do you do?+
We're the tech department backing Italian SMEs: we fix everyday IT problems (Fractional IT), manage your infrastructure under contract (Managed IT), and build custom software, AI included, when it genuinely helps (Custom Software).
How long does it take to get a response?+
We'll get back to you promptly. We usually respond the same day or the next business day.
Do you only work with large companies?+
No. We talk to companies of every size: what matters is the problem, not the revenue.
Can I contact you even if I don't know what I need yet?+
Yes. Tell us the context or the idea — we'll figure out the rest together.
Do you work across Italy?+
Our headquarters are in Padova, with offices in Milan and Rotterdam. We work with companies throughout Italy and Europe.
Do we have to sign a continuous contract?+
No. Fractional IT works on-call: you reach out when you need us and pay for the intervention. Managed IT makes sense when you want problems to stop showing up, not just someone to answer when they do.
We already have an IT consultant or ERP provider. Do you overlap?+
That happens often and it's not a problem. Managed IT is modular for exactly this reason: if someone already manages your computers well, we take network, firewall and backup — or we handle only compliance, energy or software. We coordinate with whoever's already there.
Does the software you build stay ours?+
Yes. The software is yours, the code is yours, and we hand it over. We stay on to keep growing it as long as it works for you, but we don't hold you hostage.
