IT support · Milan
IT support in Milan, with no call centre.
Remote help desk and on-site work for SMEs in Milan and its outskirts. A direct number, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00. Our office is in the Isola district.
What we cover
What actually breaks.
Computers and workstations
A PC that won't boot, a full disk, a printer that won't print, workstation backups. The things that stop a person for half a day.
Network and connectivity
Wi-Fi dropping, a slow line, firewall and VPN for people working off-site. We fix it remotely and come over when needed.
Email and Microsoft 365
Full mailboxes, mail that doesn't arrive, new accounts to create and old ones to close. Including phishing attempts on your addresses.
Servers and business software
The ERP that won't open, the server slowing down, updates to run without stopping the work.
How it works
You call, a person answers.
Call or write to us
One number, no queue and no ticket form. Whoever answers already knows your setup.
We try remotely first
Most problems are closed over a remote session, in minutes. You don't wait for an appointment because a disk filled up.
If needed, we come over
When the problem is physical — a cable, a device, a workstation — we come to you. That's why we keep an office here.
Area covered
Milan city and outskirts.
From Isola we cover the centre and the first belt. In a city where travelling costs more than the fix, the rule is to close remotely everything that can be closed remotely.
FAQ
What people ask before calling.
Do you come on-site in Milan or only work remotely?+
Both. In the city the first response is almost always remote, because it beats the traffic: if the problem is physical — a device, a cable, a workstation — we move from the Isola office and agree a time slot.
You're a Padua company. Is Milan a real office?+
Yes, with its own address and phone number in the Isola district. The registered office is in the province of Padua and that's where most of the team sits: Milan serves local clients, with the same help desk and the same people on the phone.
Do we need a contract to call you?+
No. You can work on demand, paying per intervention, or on a flat monthly fee with Nagitek, which includes monitoring, backup and security. The fee pays off when calls get frequent, or when you want someone watching even when you don't call.
Do you support small offices, five or ten people?+
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. Size isn't the criterion: what matters is that something stops, and that stopping costs.
How does remote support work?+
We send you a link, you open it, and we look at the screen together. No permanent install unless you want one, and you close the session.
